How effective is ILS crews in achieving high CCF numbers during CPR?

A recent study* suggests that 40% of ILS crews did not meat the American Heart Association’s recommended 60 – 80% CCF (Chest Compression Fraction). The study aims to prove that pre-hospital emergency workers should at least learn the basics when it comes to CPR, team dynamics in achieving a high CCF. It suggests that crews should take an AHA BLS class and keep it renewed and up to date.

*The study is still in progress and an article will be published soon with the completed data.
